How do you know staffing users will be attracted to your programs?
We are very research oriented. We conduct interviews with HR managers and staffing service owners before we design our programs. We put a lot of effort into writing and designing materials that will gain the attention of our clients' prospects and build a favorable impression of their brand name. We also strive to motivate prospects to act on the materials and actually inquire for more information or place an order by means of offers, games and calls-to-action. Advertising can never guarantee results, but we make every effort to create programs that work for you.

Are your programs exclusive by market?
Yes. Each package and e-newsletter program is sold to only one staffing service per market area. Your market consists of the county or counties around your city. You purchase the rights to use the theme, the creative, and the printed materials or e-newsletter only within your target market. Custom work is exclusive according to the specific terms of our contract. In eighteen plus years of producing market-exclusive programs we have never had any user infringe on the territory of another.

How long does the right to use last?
For print campaigns, once you have purchased the program you may use it as long as you wish. We can never sell that same theme or basic design again in your designated market area. For e-newsletters, a template design can be resold in a specific market once the contract for that market is terminated. E-Newsletter packages are sold on a 6-issue or 12-issue basis, delivered monthly or bi-monthly.

What is involved from the client in producing print programs?
We make it as simple and easy on you as we can. After signing the Agreement and paying the deposit, we send you detailed information on the copy for each piece you order. Your main responsibility is to approve and or edit the copy to suit your specific services and skill sets. You also will need to provide us with any staff/employee, or client photos you wish to use. We make any requested changes to your materials, provide you with online proofs and require a final sign-off. The beauty of the programs is that they require little of your time.

What is involved from the client in producing email campaigns?
We work to make all interactions as simple as possible. Each month you are provided, via email, a link to the next month's e-newsletter template, a customization sheet (Excel file), and a data base template (Excel file). All copy is in place when you receive the template; it is up to you how much to customize. You use the customization sheet to enter desired changes and the data base template to enter your client/prospects. Everything is emailed back to us, and you're provided with an online proof. You sign off on the final layout, and we manage all delivery from there. Once the campaign is delivered, you have immediate accessibility to your online tracking reports 24/7.

How are payments made?
Payments are very liberal. For print programs, you pay a $1,000 deposit and the balance over three months. For pre-designed e-newsletters, you pay a $1,000 deposit and the balance over two months.

When will I get my program?
We have a quick-print capability that allows relatively quick delivery of our stock programs. The pace at which each client returns copy edits and photo needs, determins, in great measure, how quickly their order moves to completion. Customized campagin deliveries depends on the complexity of client needs and again, how quickly they provide us with copy and approvals. E-newsletters are on-going and cat start in a few weeks.

How do I know what to do with the programs?
We send an Implementation Plan with every print program. This gives you suggestions on how to distribute the program. Also, there is a system for measuring the effectiveness of the programs. In addition, we are available throughout the year to take your questions and to have conference calls with your staff about the program.

What about liabilities?
You have the responsibility of the accuracy of any copy that we create on your behalf. That's why we send the copy we have written to you for approving or changing and then provide material proofs for final sign-off. We have never had a liability issue come up with any of our users and have been creating materials for the staffing industry for over 18 years.
