What is your hiring and recruiting process?

How long must a temporary worker remain on Atlantic’s payroll before they can be hired directly?
Through Atlantic’s temp-to-hire program, Atlantic associates can be hired by a client after only 26 weeks.

How long has Atlantic been in business?
Atlantic Services Group has been operating in Atlanta, Birmingham, Houston, Orlando, Charlotte, and Raleigh for over 10 years.

What if an Atlantic employee doesn’t work out?
Atlantic Services Group guarantees all of our recruiting efforts. If any employee does not work out for any reason, Atlantic will work with your send a replacement associate as soon as possible.

What if an Atlantic employee has an injury on the job site?
If an Atlantic employee is injured on your site, please contact the appropriate medical resources immediately. Next, contact your Atlantic Staffing Coordinator as soon as possible. Click here to contact us.

How are Atlantic employees paid?
Timesheets should be faxed to our office by 12 pm Monday for payroll checks to be processed by Friday. Payroll checks will be available at Atlantic’s office after 7 am on the second Friday after an associate’s assignment starts. On-site check delivery is also available.
